On Saturday, November 22, 1925, the call went out at the shooting range: Packing for Dmytrivka!
Our packing started promptly at 3 p.m. — and thanks to many helping hands, everything went like clockwork. 🙌
💚 93 packages for children up to 3 years old
💚 214 packages for 4- to 6-year-olds
➡️ A total of 307 lovingly packed parcels !
Whether on the packing line, filling, taping, cutting, or decorating—every task was done with heart. What was especially wonderful was how many spontaneous helpers simply dropped by and pitched in. ✨
And then there's this highlight:
Our state representative Sascha Lienesch brought us a huge, travel-loving bear 🧸 — he's coming with us to Dmytrivka and even gets the front passenger seat on the bus. ❤️
Thanks to 74 generous donors —including some local ones—all costs are covered. Together, we're bringing smiles to children in Dmytrivka. 🤗
All packages are now ready — we're off on December 10th!
